MEET BARB CALLAGHAN
Living in Lindsay, Barb does her artwork from a small studio in her home. She is new to displaying her art publicly. She has always been an artist in her heart. Barb has taken many art courses in watercolour painting, photography, drawing, acrylic painting and expressive arts. After being in an accident in 2011 her need for artistic expression became stronger and her art grew from a pastime to a full-fledged calling.
ARTIST STATEMENT
I am inspired by the beauty and love of nature and my travels in Canada and Europe. I am on a journey of discovery, experimenting and learning different artistic techniques and listening to my soul’s needs to express what’s within my heart.
