Daniel is an elemental artist, sculpturer, photographer and caretaker of the land.
Daniels’s studio and unique outdoor gallery is located on the banks of the historical and scenic Miskwaa Ziibi River which is now his forever home.
As a full time artist/creator, Daniel works with wood and stone (from the river) allowing the grains of the elements to speak in his unique wall sculptures.
Daniel's newest project is creating Mini Miskwaa Canoes which are 5 inches long and hand sculpted from pine/spruce. The mini canoes are then stained, some with landscapes burned on the sides, and sealed.
