At times of stress in my life, I have looked for Inner Peace. In Nepal I attended a Buddhist retreat on this subject. It has been my lifelong quest. For my Inner Peace series, I have chosen a limited palette of Cerulean Blue, Raw Umber, White and Titanium Buff. The whites have tinted most of the colours to a soft pastel value which have a calming effect on the viewer Water, the changing light, the movement, brings a calm to the restless heart.
