Lesley Drummond
The exploration of structure and space has been a focus of Lesley’s work since the beginning whether it be in the portrayal of rooftops, alleys, doorways, windows or a forest scene. Working from personal photography, Lesley reflects the cultures discovered through her travels or an environment to which she feels an emotional connection. Texture is also always present - either created through the handling of acrylics or via a mixed media approach with collaged papers and photo transfers.
