Be inspired as you create a painted masterpiece while surrounded by the sights, smells and sounds of a bustling community farm. Led by visual artist and muralist Jess Spagnolo, this workshop for intermediate and advanced painters will make use of an acrylic spray and pour technique on canvas. Using the theme “Garden” in an abstract realism style, participants are encouraged to consider their focus in advance of the workshop, or explore the garden for a plein air style subject in advance of beginning their project. Canvases, easels, and other tools will be provided for all participants, as well as a supply of brushes and acrylic paint. Participants are encouraged to bring any specific brushes or paint they would like to use, and must bring their own chairs.
