When I started the project I didn’t really know what to paint, when I suddenly remembered of Italy for some reason, I think it was because we were watching this series in class and there was an episode when they were in Italy.
Oh well so I knew what I wanted to do. When I started to draw I had a hard time to do the pathway up the houses, so I asked my art teacher for help, and she said something I can’t really remember but that helped me. I also used a bunch of different photos to make one piece. I’m really happy how my art piece turned out even though I didn’t get to finish it. As you can see I have to finish painting the tree and Mountain, one of the houses and the bridge.
I see now after I’m finished that I am inspired by Bob Ross.

My landscape is a calm and peaceful conservation area. There is a nice blue river flowing through the park. There are lots of green trees with fallen leaves. The conservation area is a place where you could go with family and friends or even by yourself for a nice nature walk. When you are there you feel calm and very welcomed.

In my picture you can see a lake and a forest. Down on the left side I painted light blue water. Two swans are swimming towards the grass and on the top of the lake there are small dandelion leaves. On the grass I painted blue striped towels with fabric strips on the short sides. To end the lake I drew a small ”mountain” of rocks. Over the rocks you can see trees and electric poles of wood. Under the sun there’s a red tent and in front of the tent I painted a fire.
I painted on a canvas, to paint the painting I used acrylic paint and water.
I was inspired by the artist Anders Sunna. When I was smaller, me and my family went camping and our tent was red. So I got inspired by that too.
I chose this subject because I love the nature and I love painting water. I also really enjoy swimming and camping.
At first I was going to draw the same painting but at night. So I drew a moon and filled it in with grey paint. Then I regretted it and started to draw at day time which means I had a grey sun. I fixed it by painting over it with yellow paint.
