Photography in the Garden Workshop with Rachelle Mack

  • Fleming College Frost Campus 200 Albert Street South Kawartha Lakes, ON, K9V 5E6 Canada (map)

This beginner-friendly workshop will give participants a better understanding of Digital SLR photography concepts. Professional photographer Rachelle Mack will provide guided walkthroughs of tips and tricks including the exposure triangle and the answer to the age-old question of “what the heck is an F-Stop?!?”. Understanding the way the camera aperture controls the amount of light helps to create depth of field and is particularly useful when photographing flowers. You will need a DSLR camera and it is suggested to bring any lenses you own. A tripod would also be a good thing to have, but is not a necessity.
