Palette Partners
The Palette Partners project is part of the Kawartha Art Gallery’s ongoing efforts to support the City of Kawartha Lakes cultural economy.
It is a creative opportunity for local artists to promote their work to a wider audience, while forming connections within the larger community. It extends KAG’s mandate and belief of ‘For the art in everyone.’

Are you a local business that is looking for fresh new art to liven up the walls of your work space?
The Kawartha Art Gallery will work with you to find a local artist who will provide their own unique, vibrant pieces for your business. All you need to provide is the space (a clear, visible location), and we’ll take care of the rest!
Each piece hung at a business will have a QR code on the wall card to take you to the website, where the viewer can purchase the piece immediately online.

We are looking for artists to take part in our inaugural Palette Partners project!
Please note that a KAG membership is a requirement for submission.
Applications are reviewed by a panel of Gallery representatives and staff. Approved Applications require a signed Artist Agreement.
Each piece of artwork is assessed for:
• Overall presentation and quality
• Works are framed and/or in a ready-to-hang presentation format with wire backing for wall hanging
• All works must be dry and completed
• Mats must be clean and unmarked and without visual signs of damage such as water damage, pests, foxing, etc.
